How do I review and edit subtitles?

If auto-publish is off, every new video waits for your approval before subtitles ship to YouTube. Review takes 1–2 minutes for an average podcast.

Review mode

• ·Open the video card in Titlomat
• ·Croatian transcript on the left, English translation on the right
• ·Click any timestamp to seek the audio player
• ·Fix mistakes inline — changes save automatically

Kinds of mistakes

• ·Guest and brand names — the most common source of errors. Add them to the dictionary (see help: custom dictionary)
• ·Technical terms — the dictionary works for those too
• ·Time offset — if subtitles run late or early, let us know, we have a fix

Publishing to YouTube

Clicking “Approve and publish” uploads both languages as caption tracks on your video. A viewer on YouTube sees the CC icon and can pick the language.
