How are processing minutes counted and what happens at the limit?
What happens as you approach the limit, how it's counted, and when the reset happens.
What processing minutes are
Processing minutes = minutes of audio we ran through the pipeline in the current month. A 60-minute podcast uses 60 minutes of your limit, regardless of how long we actually spend on it.
Limits per plan
- Free — 30 min per month
- Creator — 480 min (8h) per month
- Pro — 1500 min (25h) per month
- Studio — 6000 min (100h) per month
When the reset happens
Free — the first day of each calendar month. Paid plans — on the anniversary of your subscription (not necessarily the 1st of the month).
What happens if I go over
- At 80% of the limit we send a warning email
- At 100% — the next video is rejected with an upgrade suggestion
- Existing processed videos are not affected — subtitles already generated stay in place
Need more than the limit? You can pay €2 per extra hour of processing on any plan, or upgrade and get more at a lower per-minute price.
